So here is my picture after I ran on Wednesday morning 3 miles. I told yall I would start to post, just a matter of me remembering. The past two weeks I may have ran twice each week. I have fallen off, but I think I will try something different. I will see. Here is the pic:
LOL! I look like mama huh! LOLAM! Anyway, my weight for this day was 203ish, that was with my clothes and shoes on at work.
