2/16/13 walked/jogged in park with kids 1 hour
2/19/13 some treadmill, Zumba class
2/20/3-weights-legs some abs
2/23/13-weights-back, chest, legs, abs bball with kids
02/27/13-some treadmill
2/28/13-some treadmill
3/1/12-laser fat, and vibration machine
3/2/13-2 mile interval on treadmill, thighs
3/3/13 danced!
3/6/13 jogged intervals
3/11/13 jogged intervals 2 miles
